中文摘要:北部湾城市群是国家重点规划培育的城市群之首,明确北部湾城市群空间联系对于推动北部湾经济优化升级意义重大。运用城市流强度和引力模型等方法量化北部湾城市群空间联系,实证结果显示:北部湾城市群发展水平不高,相邻城市产业同质化严重,整体对外服务能力偏弱;南宁市、海口市、湛江市等中心城市区域影响力较大,但发展实力尚未达到中心城市标准,周边集聚和辐射能力不强;交通受阻和经济滞后等问题限制了城市间联系与合作。基于以上不足提出优化北部湾城市群空间结构的路径选择:打破行政壁垒,构建利益协调机制;完善区域交通设施,提高城市联动性;优化产业布局,避免同质发展;加快中心城市建设,增强中心带动能力。
外文摘要:Beibu gulf urban agglomeration is the national key planning cultivation of urban agglomeration.It is of great significance for promoting the economic optimization to make clear the spatial linkage of beibu gulf urban agglomeration.Material flow intensity of city and gravity model were used to quantify the spatial connection of beibu gulf urban agglomeration.The results show that the development of beibu gulf urban agglomeration is not good and industrial homogeneity between adjacent cities is serious,and the ability of external service is not strong.Nanning City,Haikou City and Zhanjiang City have great influence in the region,but they lack the strength of the central city and the ability of gathering and radiating is too weak.Traffic obstruction and economic development restrict communication and cooperation between cities.Based on the above deficiencies,the optimization path of spatial structure of beibu bay urban agglomeration is proposed.First,we should break the administrative barrier and construct the interest coordination mechanism.Second,we should perfect the regional transportation facilities to improve urban linkage.Third,we should optimize industrial layout to avoid homogeneous development.Finally,we should accelerate the construction of central cities to enhance the radiation function of agglomeration.
