中文摘要：选定北京大学、南京大学、南京信息工程大学等国内8所高校现行应用气象学专业本科人才培养方案为研究对象,从人才培养目标、人才培养的学制与所获学位、教学计划中的课程设置、实践教学和毕业论文的安排、模块教学5个方面,统计分析其异同点;从总体目标、培养规格、课程设置的统一,学制与学分制的优化,毕业论文撰写时间的调整,方向模块教学的设置4个方面进行了探讨;提出了关于广东海洋大学开设应用气象学专业的设想,优化课程体系,把创新创业教育融入应用气象学人才培养全过程;发挥海洋、水产学科优势,培养特色应用气象学人才;顺应时代潮流,培养创新创业型应用气象学人才,以培养创新创业人才为目标,制订应用气象学人才培养方案。

外文摘要：Taking the applied meteorology undergraduate personnel teaching plans of eight Chinese universities,including Peking University, Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, etc, as the researching project, this paper makes a statistic and comparative analysis on the main differences and similaritiesoftalenttraininggoal, educational system and academic degrees,curriculum inteaching plan, practical teaching and graduation thesis arrangement, moduleteaching.The unity of generalgoal, training standard and curriculum,optimization of educational system and credit system,adjustment of graduation thesis writing time,setting of module teachingwere discussed.We have donesome innovative thinking on the creation of applied meteorology in Guangdong Ocean University throughoptimizing the curriculum system,puttingthe innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of training talents,giving full play to the advantages of Marine,Fisheriessubjects,cultivating talent with its own feature, conforming to the trend of the times,cultivating the innovative entrepreneurial talentand putting forward some principles to develop applied meteorology personnel training plans.
