外文摘要：To enhance the effectiveness of secondary-level colleges open sharing platform(secondary platform)in the promotion of graduate cultivation and high-level personnel training achievement,this paper probed the secondary platform,with technical team construction,the management system establishment,and the overall operation mechanism innovation,etc.,and how they work in the graduate cultivation,especially the ability of scientific research,innovation and those fit the society development.when the unique advantages of platform work,subsequently the quality of graduate education promotes.
