中文摘要：本文针对电子信息工程专业海洋特色新工科建设问题,提出了基于海洋物联网的特色改革方案。采用"海洋工业化+海洋信息化"深度融合发展模式与"互联网+"海洋的思维框架,在新工科背景下将师生科研与教研实践逐步向"智慧海洋"领域拓展。利用该方案指导电子信息工程专业建设,成绩显著。教育实践表明,电子信息工程专业调整方向适合新工科理念,方案切实可行。

外文摘要：Aimed at building emerging engineering education with marine characteristics on electronic infomlation engineering, this paper puts forward a special refoml plan based on the marine internet of things（IOT）. We conclretely adopt the depth fusion development model of ＂ocean industrialization ＋ ocean information＂ and the thinking frame of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ ocean, In the background of emerging engineering education, the scientific lresearch and teaching lresearch of teachers and students ,viii be gradually expanded to the field of ＂ smart ocean＂, we adopted this scheme to guide professional Improving, and made great achievements. Education practice shows that the electronic infommtion engineering specialty is suitable for the idea of emerging engineering education, so the scheme is feasible.
