中文摘要：以人为中心的新型城镇化核心是农民个体的市民化与农民家庭的城镇化,而这都需要通过农民家庭的文化转型来实现。家庭文化转型就是家庭文化从传统乡村农耕文化向现代城镇工商文化转型与农民个体身份意识从传统臣民意识向现代城镇市民身份意识转化的家庭深层心理与文化的综合转型过程。进行社会治理文化创新、开展现代城镇市民教育是实现乡村家庭文化转型进而实现乡村家庭城镇化转型、社会城镇化的基本文化路径。

外文摘要：The core of the new type of urbanization centered on people is the citizenization of individual farmers and the urbanization of farmers’ families, which need to be realized through the cultural transformation of farmers’ families. The transformation of family culture is the comprehensive transformation of family psychology and culture from traditional rural farming culture to modern industrial and commercial culture in cities and towns, and the transformation of farmers’ individual identity consciousness from feudal subject consciousness to modern urban farmer’s civic consciousness. The innovation of Social Governance Culture and the development of modern urban citizen education are the basic cultural paths to realize the transformation of rural family culture and the urbanization of Rural Family and society.
