外文摘要：A more comprehensive analysis of network tag was conducted, revealing the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages ,and web applications of network tag. The advantage of label use inthe personalized information service was discussed, and the implementation strategies to recommend personalized information services were presented. Results showed that libraries can begin to use tagtechnology to help users find resources to improve the efficiency of knowledge management
