外文摘要：The paper analyses practical experience of Guangdong rural migrant workers citizenization and put forward some countermeasures： with the government guidance, the system innovation can optimize the environment of rural migrant workers＇ translation ; Enterprise as the main body will consolidate economic foundation of rural migrant workers ; Collaborating social forces will create an inclusive and accepted social atmos- phere; Meanwhile, the rural migrant workers should improve their vocational skills and moral quality to blend into city life actively.
