中文摘要：融合分工原理、复杂系统理论和演化分析方法,探究新型城镇化的本质及其动力机制可以发现:(1)城镇是一个拥有自适应能力的分工网络;(2)新型城镇化的本质包括人的自然本质、人的异化以及人的全面发展三个层次;(3)城镇化动力源于个体自组织与政府他组织的耦合;(4)智慧城镇化强调以人为本的城市运行和管理,尤其需要政府的顶层设计;(5)市场的决定性作用主要体现在新型城镇化的微观层面,中观层面和宏观层面主要由政府来调控。

外文摘要：Based on merging the principle of division of labor, complex adaptive system theory and evolutionary analysis method, this paper study the nature and dynamic mechanism of new-type urbanization. It presents some findings ： （ 1 ） city is division of labor network with adaptive abilities. （2）There are three levels of new-type urbanization nature secondly, which are essence of human nature, human alienation and comprehensive development of human being. （ 3 ） Urbanization power comes from coupling of individual self-organization and government hetero organization. （4） Smart urbanization must need government＇ s top-level design, which emphasizes human centered to control city＇ s operating and management. （5） Decisive role of market is in the micro-level of new-type urbanization, medium-level and macro-level is regulated by government mainly.
