外文摘要：The rise of generative artificial intelligence (AIGC) marks a fundamental shift from "information retrieval"to "content creation,"presenting both structural challenges and unprecedented opportunities for traditional information literacy education, which has long focused on retrieving, evaluating, and using information. This paper explores the underlying mechanisms and practical pathways for integrating AIGC into college students' information literacy education. We begin by tracing, through literature analysis, the evolution of information literacy in the AIGC era and its implications for students. Adopting a "technology-education-society"lens, we then develop a theoretical framework that encompasses cognitive reshaping, pedagogical reconstruction, and ecological evolution. Finally, we propose a systematic set of practical approaches aimed at shifting from merely adapting to technology toward truly mastering it - offering theoretical and practical guidance for educating future talents who can coexist and co-create with AI. ? 2026 IEEE.
