中文摘要：社区社会组织作为社会建设的一支重要力量,过往研究集中在其价值、功能与运转等方面,文章则以其生成过程为关注焦点,通过对一个社区社会组织的案例研究,发现:组织成员基于过去的意向和未来的投影,形成对组织的认同,伴随着参与的过程,组织成员进一步将构建出团体意义,从而实现认同和参与的协同螺旋上升,而完善组织结构和内外部治理制度有助于实现社区社会组织的成熟发展。

外文摘要：Community social organization is an important force in social construction,previous studies have focused on its value,function and operation,while this paper focuses on its generation process,and through a case study of a community social organization,this paper finds that:organization members form an identity with the organization based on the past intentions and projections of future;along with the process of participation,the members of the organization will further build the meaning of the group,so as to realize the synergistic spiral of identity and participation;besides,perfecting organizational structure and internal and external governance system is helpful to realize the mature development of community social organizations.
