外文摘要：The article analyses the current status of rural talent resources. On this basis, it examines founds factors such as potential pitfalls, fundamental obstacles and system difficulties. Furthermore, the thesis puts forward corresponding countermeasure by means of changing the outlook, establishing supervision system of selecting talended people and make the most use of the rural talent resources providing the reference for the correlation government departments.
