中文摘要:为制备绿色环保的新型石墨烯基吸油材料,以交联多孔结构的石墨烯气凝胶(GA)为骨架,以纤维素纳米晶(CNC)作为添加剂,在液相自组装工艺基础上通过两步还原法制备出具有疏水特性的多孔纳米纤维素/石墨烯复合气凝胶材料即CNC/GA材料,利用FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM和接触角测定仪对该材料的化学结构及微观形貌进行了表征,并通过静态吸油倍率试验和动态循环泵送吸附试验,研究了CNC/GA材料的油水分离能力和吸附性能。结果表明:纳米纤维素和石墨烯在自组装过程中复合形成了相互贯穿的多孔纳米结构,水接触角由GA的122°增大到CNC/GA的132°;该CNC/GA材料对硅油等常见有机溶剂的质量吸附比均能超过80 g/g,在经过20次循环后,对正己烷的饱和吸附量保持在78 g/g;动态循环泵送吸附试验也进一步说明了CNC/GA材料对各种油品均有良好的吸附性能和循环利用性,其在处理石油泄漏和突发性溢油事故方面具有潜在的应用价值。
外文摘要:In order to prepare a novel graphene oil-absorbing material with green and environmental protection,we utilized graphene aerogel(GA)with a cross-linked porous structure as the skeleton and nanocrystalline cellulose(CNC)as the additive.The nanocellulose/graphene composite aerogel with hydrophobic properties was prepared by the two-step reduction method based on the liquid-phase self-assembly process.The chemical structure and morphology of CNC/GA were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,TEM,and contact Angle analyzer.Through static and dynamic circulating pumping adsorption experiments,the oil-water separation capacity and adsorption performance of CNC/GA were studied.The results showed that CNC and graphene recombined to form porous nanostructures during self-assembly,and the water contact angle increased from 122° of GA to 132° of CNC/GA.Meanwhile,the mass adsorption ratio of the CNC/GA to silicone oil and other ordinary organic solvents was more than 80 g/g.After 20 cycles,the saturated adsorption capacity of n-hexane remained at 78 g/g.The circulating pumping adsorption experiment further demonstrated that CNC/GA had good adsorption and recycling properties for various oil products,which meant that it had potential application in treating oil leakage and sudden oil spill.
