中文摘要:当今社会对气象防灾减灾工作的要求越来越高,如何减少气象灾害引起的损失,加强气象灾害风险管理成了迫切的需求。“气象灾害影响及风险评估”作为一门新兴的课程,旨让学生通过理解灾害风险评估中致灾因子危险性、承灾体易损性、防灾减灾能力等组成要素,建立风险评估模型,进行气象灾害风险预警和管理,为学生从事气象应急减灾相关工作打下坚实的基础。结合ArcGIS技术,通过对课程设计、课程实施等方面进行研究,探索“气象灾害影响及风险评估”课程新模式,提出了符合风险评估本科教学要求的实践教学体系和主要内容,以提升师资队伍的实践指导水平,提高课程的教学效果,为学科设计和教学工作的开展提供参考依据。
外文摘要:The requirements for meteorological disaster mitigation are getting higher and higher today.How to reduce the losses caused by meteorological disasters and strengthen the risk management of meteorological disasters has become an urgent need.The course Meteorological Disaster Impact and Risk Assessment is an emerging course,which enables students to establish a risk assessment system by understanding the dangers of hazard-causing factors,the vulnerability of hazard-bearing bodies,the ability to prevent and resist disasters,and the risk handling system.It is an important course to carry out meteorological disaster risk early warning and management,and lays a solid foundation for students to engage in meteorological disaster reduction related work.This paper studies the course design,course implementation,etc.,and explores the course model of meteorological disaster risk assessment.It also proposes a practical teaching system and main content that meet the requirements of undergraduate risk assessment teaching.Therefore,it provides a reference basis for the development of subject design and teaching work.
