中文摘要:球团脱硫灰因其碱性物质质量分数高可用作湿法脱硫剂,但其中所含杂质对脱硫活性有一定影响。采用间歇式硫酸消溶的方法,通过智能电位滴定仪控制浆液pH,分析球团脱硫灰常含杂质SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、MgO、CaSO_(3)对其脱硫活性的影响,并用拟合曲线的方法探究各种杂质成分的影响规律,比较杂质对石灰石脱硫性能影响。结果表明:适量的SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaSO_(3)质量分数能够促进脱硫灰的溶解,超过一定范围促进作用减弱,而MgO对脱硫灰脱硫促进作用显著,这与杂质对石灰石湿法脱硫的影响趋势大致相同。
外文摘要:The pellet desulfurizing ash can be used as wet desulfurizer because of its high alkaline mass fraction,but the impurities in it have some influence on the desulfurization activity.The influences of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3),MgO and CaSO_(2) on desulfuration activity of pellet desulfurized ash were analyzed by means of intermittent sulfuric acid dissolution method and controlling the pH of slurry by intelligent potentiometric titration.The influence of impurities on desulfurization performance of limestone was compared by fitting curve.The results showed that suitable mass fractions of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaSO_(2) could promote the dissolution of desulfurized ash,and the promotion effect was weakened beyond a certain range,while MgO could promote desulfurization of desulfurization ash significantly,this was similar to the influence of impurities on wet desulfurization of limestone.
