中文摘要：以珠三角游泳场馆作为研究对象，通过问卷调查法、观察法、访谈法、文献资料法等方法，对目前的经营管理现状进行调查研究，分析珠三角的游泳场馆在经营管理中存在的问题，探索影响珠三角游泳场馆经营管理的主要因素，制定出相应的对策，为促进珠三角地区群众游泳活动的开展提供理论指导和参考意见。

外文摘要：Taking the swimming venue in the Pearl River Delta as the study object, through the questionnaire sur-vey method,observation method, interview method, literature method, this paper investigates the present situation of management of the Pearl River Delta in the swimming pool, analyzes the problems existing in the management, explores the main influencing factors, formulates the corresponding countermeasures, providing theoretical guidance and reference for carrying out mass swimming activity in the Pearl River Delta region.
