中文摘要：研究经济发达地区土地利用变化及其驱动力,可以科学指导该地区的社会经济可持续发展与土地资源可持续利用。以广东省为例,分析了1996—2008年土地利用数量变化、结构变化、程度变化,并在统计软件SPSS的支持下采用主成分分析法,寻找影响13a间土地利用变化的驱动力因素。结果表明:(1)研究期内土地利用变化幅度大,土地利用程度加深;(2)耕地、林地、牧草地、未利用土地和其他土地面积净减少,园地、其他农用地、居民点及独立工矿用地、交通运输用地和水利设施用地面积净增加;(3)土地利用变化的主要驱动因素可以归结为经济发展因素和农业发展因素,经济发展因素是最重要的影响因素,农业发展因素也不可忽略。针对研究结果,"挖存量变增量、垦后备扩资源"将是解决广东省经济发展与农业发展齐头并进的重要措施。

外文摘要：The purpose of the paper was to study land use changes and its driving forces in the developed area as well as to guide the regional sustainable socio-economic development and utilization of land resources.Taking Guangdong Province as an example,the article analyzed the quantity change,structure change and degree change of land use through 1996 to 2008.With the help of the statistic software SPSS,method of principle component analysis was employed to find out the driving factors of land use change from 1996 to 2008.The results showed that：（1） the range and degree of the land use change were very large;（2） in detail,cultivated land,forestland,grassland and unused land reduced greatly,but construction land,orchard land and other agricultural land had a net increase;（3） the driving factors causing the land use change are the economy and agriculture development factor,and the economy development factor is the most important factor,of course,the agriculture development factor can＇t be ignored.It was concluded that activating the reserve land and reclaiming from the potential land resources would be important measures to solve the economic and agricultural development side by side in Guangdong Province.
