中文摘要:研究中草药对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌效果。采用水煎法提取30种中草药的有效成分,采用二倍稀释法分别测定对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并筛选出有较强抗菌作用的中草药与其他中草药联合,评价抑菌效果。结果显示,黄连、诃子、五倍子等对两种细菌的抑制作用都比较强,其中五倍子水提取物对沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最强,MIC值均为1.563 mg/mL,MBC值分别为12.5 mg/mL和6.25 mg/mL。在两药联合中,对沙门菌,黄连和紫花地丁、金银花和连翘、金银花和穿心莲的联合药对均呈现协同作用,其中黄连和紫花地丁联合药对抑制效果最好(MIC为12.5 mg/mL,MBC为100 mg/mL);而对金黄色葡萄球菌,紫花地丁和艾草、金银花和穿心莲的联合药对为协同作用。黄莲和艾草、菊花和连翘、花椒和黄芪的联合药对对两种菌都呈拮抗作用,其余大部分为相加或无关作用。说明抑菌能力强的中草药与其他中草药联合,抑菌效果不一定增强。

外文摘要:To study the antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicine on Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. The effective components of 30 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were extracted by water decocting method. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)against Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were determined by double dilution method. The commonly used Chinese herbal medicines with strong antibacterial effect were screened out and combined with other Chinese herbal medicines. The results showed that Coptis chinensis,Terminalia chebula and Galla chinensis had strong inhibitory effect on the two kinds of bacteria,and Galla chinensis had the strongest inhibitory effect on Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus,with MIC values of 1.563 mg·mL-1 and MBC values of 12.5 mg·mL-1 and 6.25 mg·mL-1,respectively. For Salmonella,Coptis and viola,honeysuckle and forsythia,honeysuckle and Andrographis paniculata showed synergistic effect,among which Coptis and viola had the best inhibitory effect(MIC was 12.5 mg·mL-1,MBC was 100 mg·m L-1);for Staphylococcus aureus,Viola and wormwood,honeysuckle and Andrographis paniculata showed synergistic effect. Huanglian and wormwood,chrysanthemum and forsythia,Zanthoxylum bunge anum and Astragalus membranaceus showed antagonistic effect on the two bacteria,most of the others were additive or irrelevant. It shows that the combination effect of Chinese herbal medicine with strong antibacterial ability and other Chinese herbal medicine is not necessarily enhanced.
