中文摘要:通过剖析国内外健身指导类智能软件(APP)的发展现况及存在问题,研究以徒手半蹲锻炼为对象,设计了一款基于iOS平台的健身应用软件。该软件利用智能手机摄像头实时捕获用户进行徒手半蹲锻炼时的动作姿态,通过图像处理算法和生物力学分析,判断当前动作的合理性,并即时向用户反馈声音、图像等信息,帮助其纠正错误姿势及确保动作完成的合理及安全。最后通过在iPhone6 plus智能手机上编写应用软件,并进行实验测试,实现了在健身锻炼过程中运用智能APP实时监控和指导的目的。
外文摘要:By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of fitness guidance intelligent software (APP) worldwide, this paper designs a fitness application software based on iOS platform, taking unarmed parallel squat exercise as the object. The software captures the user's gesture in real-time during parallel squat exercise by smartphone camera. Through image processing algorithm and biomechanical analysis, it judges the rationality of the current action, and instantly feeds back the information of sound and image to the user to help them correct the wrong posture and ensure the reasonableness and safety of the action. Finally, through the application software written on the smartphone of the iPhone 6 plus and the experimental test, the purpose of real-time monitoring and guidance with intelligent APP in the process of fitness exercise is realized.
