中文摘要：雷州半岛石狗文化,通过民间神话传说和石狗雕刻艺术创造了神狗形象。崇狗信仰的审美思想情感是神狗的崇高美,其审美形态是神狗的神力内涵与丑怪形式的和谐统一,随着民间传说和石狗雕刻艺术中的狗形象在精神内涵和外观形式的变化,神狗崇高美的审美性质也发生变化。神狗的崇高感使人惊惧、敬畏,从而激发人们祈愿佑护的情感诉求,实现了崇高美的神狗形象对人类社会生产生活实践的审美价值。

外文摘要：In the dog worshiping culture in Leizhou Peninsula, the image of supernatural dog was created by folk legends and the stone dog sculpture art. The aesthetic thoughts and emotions of dog worshiping is the majestic beauty of supernatural dog, while the aesthetic form is the harmonious unity of the divine power and ugly appearance of it. The spirit and appearance of the supernatural dog in the folklore and the stone clog sculpture art was changing, so aesthetic ap-preciation of its majestic beauty was also changing. The majestic sense of super-natural dog makes people feel frightened and in awe, inspiring people＇s emotional demands to pray for protection. The aesthetic value of the majestic beauty of su-pernatual dog is therefore achieved in the practice of human social production and living.
