中文摘要：近年来,随着政府颁布一系列支持大学生创新创业的政策实施,各高校掀起了建立高校创业孵化基地的高潮。高校创业孵化基地存在建立时间短、组织结构成熟度不足以及运作经验匮乏等问题。高校创业孵化基地需要谨慎地通过法律维度来梳理其资金、组织管理、产品服务售后体系、知识产权、维权途径等方面的法律风险并采取有针对性的防范措施。

外文摘要：In recent years, with the government's promulgation of a series of policies to support college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, establishing business incubators has come to a climax. There are problems such as insufficient maturity of organizational structure and lack of operational experience in business incubators in universities. Under the comprehensive promotion of a number of policies, business incubators in universities should be analyzed in terms of legal risks of funds, organization and management, product and service after-sales system, intellectual property rights and conflict resolution.
