中文摘要:以香蕉品种巴西为试材,利用正交试验设计方法优化香蕉继代培养的培养基配方,提出有效芽指数的概念并用以评价继代培养的效果。结果表明:(1)40g/L的蔗糖既有利于不定芽的增殖,又能控制带叶鞘芽的比例,提高有效芽指数。(2)组合6-BA1.0mg/L+Ad5.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+40g/L蔗糖增殖有效芽指数(2.7436)最高,组合6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+60g/L蔗糖生根有效芽指数(1.5588)最高。

外文摘要:Experiment was conducted with Brazil banana cuhivar(Musa AAA cavendish subgroup cv. Brazil)for optimization of medium constituents for in vitro proliferation by orthogonal device and available bud index was used for evaluating the effects of proliferation. The results showed that 40 g/L sugar not only facilitated the proliferation of buds, but also controlled the proportion of buds with leaf sheath, and increased available bud index. The highest available proliferation bud index (2.743 6) was obtained with the medium contained 6-BA 1.0 mg/L, Ad 5.0 mg/L, NAA 0.1 mg/L, sugar 40 g/L; The highest available rooted bud index (1.558 8) was obtained with the medium contained 6-BA 3.0 mg/L, NAA 0.1 mg/L and sugar 60 g/L.
