中文摘要:采用乙酸乙酯和乙醚作为混合溶剂,以超声波辅助从生姜中提取姜酚。对影响提取效率的混合溶剂比例、冷浸时间、超声提取时间、液料比等因素进行正交实验,优化提取工艺。结果表明,在最佳条件下,姜酚的提取率为3.11%。同时,姜酚具有很好的抗氧化活性。

外文摘要:With the assistance of ultrasonic,gingerol was extracted from ginger by mixed solvent of anhydrous alcohol and Petroleμm ether with optimal ratio. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the technology of extraction by study the factor such as the ratio of mixed solvent,cold soak time,ultrasonic extraction time,solid-liquid ratio which affect the extracting rate. The results show that the rate of gingerol extraction was 3.11% under optimal conditions. And gingerol has good antioxidant activity.
