中文摘要：中国式农民现代化转型是以中国式现代化推动中华民族伟大复兴历史使命的重要内容,是超脱于西方话语体系,符合中国语境和中华文明传统的农民现代化之路,有其独特内涵。百年来中国农民现代化探索经历启蒙、探索实践到务实发展的三大阶段,在对传统和西学取舍中走出了中国特色的道路。中国式农民现代化转型具有人口规模大、共同富裕、治理边界下沉、传统价值显现和粮食安全五大特色。在第二个百年奋斗目标征程中,首先要回答“谁是农民”的问题,要通过优秀传统文化的价值构建属于中国的话语体系,要坚持党的领导和以人民为中心,在实践中树立中国式农民现代化转型的道路自信。

外文摘要：Chinese peasant modernization is an important part of the historical mission to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese modernization,and it is a pathway of peasant modernization that is beyond the Western discourse system and in line with the Chinese context and the tradition of Chinese civilization,which with the unique connotation.Over the past hundred years,Chinese peasant modernization had gone through three major stages,from enlightenment,romantic practice to pragmatic development,and has developed a pathway with Chinese characteristics in the process of trade-offs between tradition and Western learning.The transformation of Chinese peasant modernization has five major characteristics:large population size,common wealth,sinking governance boundaries,the emergence of traditional values and food security.Therefore,in the journey to the second century goal,we must first answer the question of"who is a peasant?",build a Chinese discourse system through the value of excellent traditional culture,adhere to the leadership of the Party and put the people at the centre,and establish the road of modernization and transformation of Chinese peasants with confidence in practice.
