外文摘要:Silver nanowire arrays were fabricated using alternating electrochemical deposition into the highly ordered nanochannels of the porous aluminum membrane. The morphology, structure and light absorption characteristic of silver nanowire arrays were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-visible absorption spectrum, respectively. The results indicate that silver nanowires diameter is about 50 nm. There is a broad absorption band at about 440 nm, which is caused by the surface plasmon resonance of one-dimensional silver nanowires.
