中文摘要:研究中药白头翁散各组分(白头翁、黄柏、黄连、秦皮)以及其他6种中药对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。用传统水煎法分别提取10种中药的有效成分;采用试管二倍稀释法测定单味中药、两药联合组成药对及自制白头翁散对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)以及最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示,白头翁散各组分均可有效抑制大肠杆菌,其中黄连的MIC为6.250 mg/mL,抑菌效果最佳。单味中药中对大肠杆菌杀菌效果较好的是黄连、秦皮、诃子,MBC均为200.000 mg/mL;药对中白头翁+黄连、大青叶+诃子对大肠杆菌的MIC均为3.125 mg/mL,抑菌效果最佳;白头翁+黄连对大肠杆菌的MBC为12.500 mg/mL,杀菌效果最佳。自制白头翁散对大肠杆菌的MIC为3.125 mg/mL、MBC为100.000 mg/mL。结果提示,白头翁散4种单药相加的抗菌效果优于单药和部分药对。

外文摘要:The experiment was aimed to investigate the bacteriostatic effect of Baitouweng San and its components(Radix Pulsatillae,Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Fraxini)and other 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine on Escherichia coli in vitro.The main active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine were extracted by water extraction.The tube double dilution method was used to determine the water extraction of Chinese traditional medicine,combination of two medicines and self-prepared Baitouweng San of the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The results showed that among the four components of Baitouweng San,Rhizoma Coptidis had the strongest bacteriostatic activity against Escherichia coli with MIC of 6.250 mg·mL^(-1).Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Fraxini and Fructus Chebulae had the strongest bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli with MBC of 200.000 mg·mL^(-1).Radix Pulsatillae and Rhizoma Coptidis,Folium Isatidis and Fructus Chebulae had the strongest bacteriostatic activity against Escherichia coli with MIC of 3.125 mg·mL^(-1);Radix Pulsatillae and Rhizoma Coptidis had the strongest bactericidal activity against Escherichia coli with MBC of 12.500 mg·mL^(-1).The MIC of the self-prepared Baitouweng San was 3.125 mg·mL^(-1)and MBC was 100.000 mg·mL^(-1).The MIC of the commercially available prescription Baitouweng San was 3.125 mg·mL^(-1)and MBC was greater than 400.000 mg·mL^(-1).The self-prepared prescription Baitouweng San has more advantages in bacteriostatic effect.
