中文摘要：专业学位研究生的培养目标是提高实践创新能力。在阐释实践创新能力内涵的基础上,分析培育专业学位研究生实践创新能力的过程中存在的问题,并提出系统化培育路径。提高专业学位研究生实践创新能力,首先要在高校内部形成培养目标、培养对象、培养主体、培养内容和培养评价“五位一体”的系统化培育机制,还要重塑有利于培养实践创新能力的外部环境要素。

外文摘要：The training goal of professional degree postgraduates is to improve their practical innovation ability.On the basis of explaining the connotation of practical innovation ability,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating the practical innovation ability of professional degree graduate students,and puts forward the systematic cultivation path.To improve the practical innovation ability of professional degree postgraduates,we should first form a systematic cultivation mechanism of“five in one”including training objectives,training objects,training subjects,training contents and training evaluation,and at the same time,reshape the external environment variables that are conducive to the cultivation of practical innovation ability.
