中文摘要：我国农业科技推广体系经过长期建设取得了长足发展,为农业发展做出了积极贡献,但在市场经济条件下也出现诸多问题,如科技成果推广与实际需求相脱节,政府主导的农技推广工作与市场需要不适应,体制机制不尽合理,基层推广人员素质低,推广经费不足等。为完善我国农业科技推广体系,提出建立健全农业科技推广体系,建立多样化的经费投入体系,提高农业科技推广人员素质,促进我国农业科技成果转化等若干对策。

外文摘要：Promotion system of agricultural science and technology in China has been great developed through long-term construction, which has made active contribution for agricultural development, But many problems are gradually emerging in the system with the development of market economy, for example, scientific research achievements seperate from the actual demands; the agricultural technique promotion sponsored by government does not meet the market＇s demand; there is unreasonable institutional structure for the agricultural technique promotion; people for fundamental promotion of the agricultural technique has a low cultural level; and the government has not enough funds for the technique promotion, etc. Based on the objective demand for the promotion system construction of agricultural science and technology, some countermeasures are put forward for ameliorating the agricultural promotion system in China to resolve the problems appearing in the promotion system： To set up a sound promotion system of agricultural sciences and technologies; To establish a diverse system of fund input; To improve a cultural level of people who work for agricultural science and technology promotion; To promote a commercialization of agricultural scientific and technologic achievement in China.
