中文摘要：为提高马氏珠母贝的育珠效益,分别采用锥形笼、塑料筐和柱形笼进行马氏珠母贝育珠贝休养,采用锥形笼、柱形笼和片笼进行育珠,比较养殖笼具对马氏珠母贝育珠效果的影响。结果表明,养殖笼具对马氏珠母贝育珠贝休养留核率存在显著影响,柱形笼休养的马氏珠母贝育珠贝留核率最高,马氏珠母贝合适的休养笼为柱形笼和塑料筐。养殖笼具对马氏珠母贝育珠贝的成活率、留核率和优质珠率存在显著影响,柱形笼养殖的育珠贝成活率、留核率和优质珠率最高,锥形笼最低,合适的育珠贝养殖网笼为柱形笼和片笼。

外文摘要：To increase the profit of pearl production by Pinctada martensii, cone net, plastic cage and cylinder net were used for post-operative care of P martensii; and cone net, cylinder net and panel net were used for culture of P martensii during the period of pearl producing. The results showed that the nucleus retention rate of operated P martensii was significantly influenced by culture cages during the period of recovery （P〈0.05）. The nucleus retention rate was the highest for the operated P. martensii cultured in cylinder net. The survival rate, nucleus retention rate and percentage of perfect pearls were significantly influenced （P〈0.05） by culture cages during period of pearl producing. The three indexes were the highest for P. martensii cultured in cylinder net, while were the lowest for those cultured in cone net. Thus the optimal culture cages for pearl production of P. martensii were cylinder net and panel net.
