中文摘要:在家用冰箱冷藏条件下 ,将荔枝浸泡保鲜剂 ,进行保鲜实验研究。结果表明 ,冷藏和保鲜剂的共同作用对荔枝的防腐及保鲜有较好的效果 ,且给出了荔枝浸泡保鲜剂的时间对贮藏效果的影响 ,荔枝的贮藏受气流的影响 ,以及妃子笑荔枝较三月红荔枝耐藏的结论。

外文摘要:This paper studied experimentally the effects of keeping fresh for lichee under the condition of cold storage in household refrigerator after dipping into medicament of keeping fresh.The results show that the cause of cold storage and medicament of keeping fresh is of benefit to antisepsis and keeping fresh of lichee. Additionally,it shows that the obvious influence of time of marinating in medicament of keeping fresh.and the influence of airflow for the storage of lichee.It also showed that the lichee named san-yue-hong stored longer than the lichee named fei-zi-xiao..
