中文摘要:以天然捕获的多鳞鱚作为亲鱼进行人工繁殖。结果表明:在水温27.5~31.5℃、盐度18~31、pH 8.0~8.5的条件下,经促熟培育自然产卵,10批次共获得受精卵67×104粒,孵出仔鱼42.6×104尾,受精率37.2%~89.3%,孵化率24.8%~97.6%;在水温29~30℃、盐度28、pH 8.4的海水中多鳞鱚胚胎历时14 h 40 min完成整个胚胎发育孵化出膜,经35 d培育出平均全长35 mm的幼鱼约2.8×104尾,育苗成活率达24.6%。

外文摘要:The artificial propagation technologies of Sillago sihama from natural brood stock were studied. The results showed: under the temperature of sea water 27.5 - 31.5 ℃, salinity 18 - 31, and pH 8.0 - 8.5, the fish spawned by accelerate ripening cultivate. A total of 10 batches got fertilized eggs 67x 104, and about 42.6× 104 larvae were hatched. The fertilizing rate was 37.2% - 89.3%, and the hatchability was 24.8% - 97.6%. Under the temperature of sea water 29 - 30 ℃, salinity 28, and pH 8.4, it required 14 h 40 min for the Sillago sihama embryonic development. 2.8×104 young fish with average total length 35 mm were cultivated through 35 days rearing, and the survival rate was 24.6%.
