中文摘要:文章为探究生物炭对土壤中五氯酚的去除效果,寻求促进五氯酚生物降解效率的最佳生物炭热解温度,设置5个不同处理:CK、BC350、BC450、BC550和BC650。通过扫描电镜观察生物炭的表征结构,于0、10、20、30和40 d进行取样,测定土壤理化性质、酶活性和微生物群落结构。结果表明:施入生物炭的处理中,五氯酚降解菌如鞘脂单胞菌科、根瘤菌科、芽孢杆菌科和北鳞毛蕨科丰度显著增加。其中BC650处理的五氯酚降解率高达80.97%,显著高于对照组CK(17.37%);相比之下,BC650处理的土壤pH值较CK处理上升了39.60%,有机质提高了36.72%,腐殖质增加了128.87%,碱性磷酸酶、脱氢酶、蔗糖酶分别为14.07 mg/(g·d)、1.22μg/(g·d)、1.23 mg/g,显著高于CK处理的土壤(7.17 mg/(g·d)、0.38μg/(g·d)、0.28 mg/g)。在五氯酚污染土壤中加入生物炭,可以改善土壤理化性质,提高土壤酶活性,间接优化微生物群落结构,进而加快五氯酚的生物降解进程。
外文摘要:In order to explore the removal effect of biochar on pentachlorophenol in soil,to seek the optimal pyrolysis temperature of biochar to promote the biodegradation efficiency of PCP,five treatments were set up:CK,BC350,BC450,BC550,and BC650.By SEM to observe the characterization structure of biochar,samples were taken at 0 d,10 d,20 d,30 d and 40 d,soil physical and chemical properties,enzyme activities and microbial community structure were measured.The results showed that the abundance of PCP degrading bacteria such as Sphingomonadaceae,Rhizobiaceae,Bacillaceae and Beijerinckiaceae increased significantly when biochar was applied.The degradation rate of PCP in BC650 was 80.97%,which was significantly higher than that in CK(17.37%).In contrast,the pH value of soil under BC650 treatment increased 39.60%,organic matter increased 36.72%and humus increased 128.87%compared with CK treatment.Alkaline phosphatase,dehydrogenase and sucrase respectively were 14.07 mg/(g·d),1.22μg/(g·d)and 1.23 mg/g,which were significantly higher than those in CK(7.17 mg/(g·d),0.38μg/(g·d),0.28 mg/g).Adding biochar to PCP contaminated soil can improve soil physical and chemical properties,improve soil enzyme activity,indirectly optimize microbial community structure,and accelerate the biodegradation process of PCP.
