中文摘要:研究马氏珠母贝高F值寡肽(PHFP)的体外抗氧化及其对H2O2诱导L02肝细胞损伤的保护作用。结果表明:马氏珠母贝高F值寡肽对·OH、DPPH·及O2-·均具有一定的清除能力。在浓度为10mg/mL时,对3种自由基的清除率分别达到了60.8%、50.8%和44.2%。剂量为1mg/mL的高F值寡肽使H2O2诱导损伤L02肝细胞的半数致死剂量LD50由损伤模型组的0.618mmol/L提高到0.737mmol/L,提高了19.3%。
外文摘要:The free radical scavenging activity of PHFP and the protective effects of PHFP on L02cells injury induced by H2O2 were studied.The results indicated that in chemical reaction system,the scavenging ability of PHFP(10mg/mL)for three kind of free radical ·OH、DPPH·and O2-·was 60.8%,50.8%and 44.2%respectively.And when the L02cells were treated with 1mg/mL PHFP,the LD50of H2O2changed from 0.618mmol/L to 0.737mmol/L,increased by 19.3%.
