中文摘要：知识经济时代的今天,由企业文化因素形成的文化资本是企业持续发展的根本保证。本文在分析企业文化资本对企业发展的理论与实践意义的基础上,运用系统思想,从企业内部文化因素到环绕企业的文化环境,分析了企业制度文化、企业创新精神、企业人际信任、企业生态伦理等文化因素和环境,作为一种形式的“资本”要素作用于企业发展的过程及其作用机理。

外文摘要：In knowledge economy, cultural capital, consisting of enterprise cultural factors, ensures sustainable development of the enterprise. The paper analyzes the theoretical and practical significances of enterprise cultural capital. By applying systematic theory, from the internal and external cultural factors, it discusses the process and mechanism of such enterprise capital factors as system culture, innovative spirit, inter-person trust, and ecological ethics.
