中文摘要：师德建设是教师队伍建设的关键。然而，自改革开放以来，虽然高等教育得到了快速发展，但是一些高校对师德建设重视不够，师德建设跟不上形势发展的需要。一些教师敬业精神欠缺，功利思想严重，育人意识淡化，导致高校教师师德失范现象比较严重。这不能仅仅归因于教师本身的问题，高校师德滑坡的内在归因是：古代师德的“圣人标准”解体了，而现代的“常人标准”没有建立起来，其外在归因则是“教育体制”存在弊端。

外文摘要：The teachers＇ professional ethics construction is the key of the teacher ranks＇ construction. With reform and open policy, the high education has developped fast, but some universities haven＇t put enough attention on the teacher＇s ethics construction. The teacher＇s ethics construction cannot meet the request of the development.It＇s short of teacher professional ethics. Utilitarianison is serious. The consciousness of the Educating student is quite faint. It causes the universitie＇s teacher＇s ancient ethics to deviate greatly. This is not merely the teacher＇s fault, the intrinsic reason of that is： the teacher＇s ancient ethics ＂the sage standard＂ has disintegrated, but the modem ＂the average man standard＂ has not been established. The external reason is ＂the malpractice of the education system ＂
