中文摘要:运用DEA模型对2010-2015年我国涉海高校的科技投入产出效率进行测算,在此基础上计算出其基尼系数和泰尔指数并对泰尔指数进行分解,分析了我国涉海高校科技投入产出效率的区域差异。结果表明我国涉海高校科技投入产出效率整体水平较高,其中长三角地区最高,环渤海地区居中,雷琼地区最低。我国涉海高校科技投入产出效率之存在明显的区域差异,且有扩大的趋势。区域内差异是涉海高校科技投入产出效率差异的主因。
外文摘要:Using DEA model to calculate the input-output efficiency of China's sea-related universities in the 2010-2015, On this basis, the Gini coefficient and the Thiel index are calculated and the Thiel index is decomposed. and analyzed the regional difference of Scientific and technological input-output efficiency of China's sea-related universities. The results show that the overall level of Scientific and technological input-output efficiency is higher in China, The Yangtze River Delta region is the highest, the Bohai Sea area is the second place ,the Leiqiong area is the lowest. There are obvious regional differences inScientific and technological input-output efficiency of China's sea-related universities, and there is a trend of enlargement. Regional difference is the main reason for the difference of input-output efficiency of sea-involved universities.
