中文摘要:为了提高大珠母贝育苗生产的效率,2013年4月10日—6月27日,设立3个试验分别比较了换水频率、附着基的类型和附着基的颜色对大珠母贝育苗效果的影响。试验Ⅰ:换水频率对大珠母贝幼虫生长发育和存活的影响,设立A1、A2、A3、A4和A0共5个组,其中A1、A2、A3、A4分别为每3、6、9、12天换水1次,A0为对照组每日换水1次;试验Ⅱ:附着基的种类对大珠母贝幼虫附着变态的影响,设立B1、B2、B3、B4共4个组,其中B1、B2、B3、B4分别为尼龙网布、黑色粗糙面塑料片、黑色光滑面塑料片、遮阳网;试验Ⅲ:附着基颜色对幼虫附着变态的影响,设立C1、C2、C3、C4共4个组,其颜色分别为红色、黑色、黄色和绿色。结果表明,换水频率、附着基的种类和颜色对大珠母贝的育苗效果存在显著影响(P〈0.05)。试验中每6~9天换水一次的幼虫生长和成活率最高,粗糙面塑料片和深色(红色、黑色)附着基附苗量最大,大珠母贝生产中适合在此条件下育苗。

外文摘要:Three experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of water exchange frequency andartificial substrates on hatchery production of pearl oyster Pinctada maxima from April 10 to June 27 in 2013.Experiment I: five groups, named as A1, A2, A3, A4 and A0, were established to evaluate the effect of waterexchange frequency on growth and survival of Pinctada maxima larvae. Water exchanges in group A1, A2, A3 and A4were conducted every 3, 6, 9 and 12 days, respectively. Group A0 was the control group with daily waterchange. Experiment II: four groups, named as B1, B2, B3 and B4, were established to evaluate the effect ofartificial substrate types on the settlement of pediveliger larvae. Artificial substrates B1, B2, B3 and B4werenylon net, rough plastic black sheets, smooth plastic black sheets and shade-cloth, respectively. ExperimentIII: four groups, named as C1, C2, C3 and C4, were established to evaluate the effect of artificial substrate coloron the settlement of pediveliger larvae. Color of C1, C2, C3 and C4was red, black, yellow and green, respectively.The results showed that water exchange frequency, substrate type and artificial substrate color had significanteffects on hatchery production of Pinctada maxima(P〈0.05). The growth and survival rate of larvae were the highest with water exchange of every 6-9 days. The number of Pinctada maxima spat on rough and deep color(red and black) plastic sheets was the highest. So hatchery production of Pinctada maxima should be under theabove conditions.
