中文摘要：为了评价中药及其复方对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果,取乌梅、五倍子、山茱萸、黄芩等30种中药,通过试管二倍稀释法测定中药水提物对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)与最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并筛选出抗菌作用较强的中药水提物与其他中药水提物组成复方,测定中药复方对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果表明,五倍子、乌梅、金银花、大青叶、黄芩、薄荷、五味子、青蒿、秦皮对大肠杆菌有明显的抑制作用,其中五倍子对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性最强(MIC为6.25 mg/mL),而五味子和乌梅对大肠杆菌杀菌活性最强(MBC为50 mg/mL)。选取9种中药水提物作为主药与其他中药水提物分别组成复方后,大部分复方对大肠杆菌的抑制作用明显增强。

外文摘要：To evaluate the antibacterial effects of 30 kinds of Chinese herbs and compounds, the minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） and minimum bactericidal concentration （MBC） of 30 kinds of Chinese herbs against Escherichia coli in vitro, such as Fructus Mume, Galla Chinensis, Fructus Corni, Scutellaria baicolensis Georgi, etc., were measured with test tube double dilution method. Herbal extracts with strong antibacterial effect were screened out and made up Chinese corn pound to determine their inhibitory effect against E.coli in vitro, The results showed that Galla Chinensis, Fructus Mume, nos Lonicerne, Folium Isaiulis, Scutellaria baicolensis Georgi, Mentha haplocoiys Briq, Fructus Schisandra; Herba A rtemisiae .4 nnuae and A sh Bark had significant inhibitory effects against E.coli, especially Galla Chinensis present highest inhibitory effects against E.coli （MIC=6.25 mglmL）, and Fructus Schisondra and Fructus Mume present highest bactericidal effect against E.coli（MBC=50 mg/mI.）. Moreover, the inhibitory effects were improved mostly when the Chinese herbs were combined.
