中文摘要：通过构建新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型等方法,对广东四市新型城镇化与农业现代化协调发展水平进行测度。通过深入分析测度结果,提出了树立新发展理念,实施系列工程统筹"两化"发展;加大实施新型户籍制度的创新力度,建立新市民成本分摊机制;创新发展特色农业小镇,促进"两化"高质量协调发展等对策建议。

外文摘要：By constructing the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of new urbanization and agricultural modernization,and comprehensively using the methods of entropy method and coupling coordination degree model,this paper measures the coordinated development level of new urbanization and agricultural modernization in the four cities of Guangdong.Through in-depth analysis of the measurement results,it is proposed to establish a new development concept and implement a series of projects to coordinate the development of"two modernizations";We should intensify the innovation of the new registered residence system and establish a new cost sharing mechanism for the public.Innovate and develop characteristic agricultural towns and promote the high-quality coordinated development of"two modernizations".
