中文摘要:为探索壳聚糖在含油污水处理中的应用前景,本文采用物理和化学交联法,制备了柠檬汁和香茅醛双交联壳聚糖海绵(DCS-C)。研究发现,DCS-C具有良好的弹性,经十次压缩后,其恢复率可达99.2%。此外,DCS-C的接触角为121.1±1.4°,具有良好的疏水性能。实验条件下,DCS-C可有效除去多种有机溶剂(或油),经15次吸附-脱吸附处理后,其吸附容量仍大于12 g/g。油水分离实验表明,DCS-C不仅可选择性分离油水混合物,还可高效分离水包油乳液中的二氯甲烷(DCM)。以上研究表明,DCS-C可应用于实际工业中含油污水的纯化。

外文摘要:To explore the application prospects of chitosan in oil-containing wastewater,dual crosslinked chitosan sponge(DCS-C) was fabricated using physical and chemical crosslinking method,via lemon juice and citronellal.It was found that DCS-C possesses excellent elasticity and compressibility,which can remain 99.2 % of the original height after 10 squeezes.Furthermore,DCS-C exhibits good hydrophobicity with a contact angle of 121.1±1.4°.Under the experimental conditions,DCS-C can remove organic solvents(or oils) effectively after 15 cycles of adsorption-desorption,with an adsorption capacity higher than 12g/g.Oil-water separation experiments show that DCS-C cannot only selectively separate oil/water mixtures,but also effectively separate dichloromethane(DCM) in oil-in-water emulsion.In conclusions,DCS-C can be used to purify oil-containing wastewater in practical industries.
