中文摘要：运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法,对我国流动人口现状、给城乡体育带来的挑战与流动人口体育是城市社区体育或是农村体育等问题进行分析研究。提出必须确立动态意识来看待城乡体育的发展等措施,应对流动人口体育问题的对策和建议,为推进社会主义新农村体育建设、实施全民健身工程和提高我国民族素质提供理论参考。

外文摘要：Using document material law and logical inductive method, and challenge who brings to our country floating population present situation and to physical culture in urban and rural is that the questions such as city community physical culture or rural area physical culture etc are analyzed research with floating population physical culture. Putting forward must to establish trends consciousness to look on the measures such as the urban and rural development of physical culture etc, and eountermeasure and the suggestion that should be to the floating population physical culture question provides theory reference for pushing on new rural area physical culture construction, healthy body engineering of implementation whole people and our country nation character raised of socialism.
