外文摘要:This study aimed to elucidate the effects of dietary astaxanthin (AST) levels on pigment deposition, immunity, and intestinal microbiota of Litopenaeus vannamei under biofloc technology (BFT) and clear water culture systems, as well as to investigate the synergistic effects and interaction mechanisms between BFT and dietary AST. A 35-day feeding trial was conducted with five dietary AST inclusion levels (0, 60, 80, 100, and 120 mg/kg) under both BFT and clear water conditions, respectively.The results showed that:1)There was no significant interaction between culture system and AST level on growth performance of shrimp (P ≥ 0.05);2)For pigment deposition, shrimp in the B100 group exhibited the highest AST accumulation in the abdominal cuticle, telson-fan, and hepatopancreas (P ? 2026, The Authors.
