中文摘要：本文应用我国30个省份(不包含港澳台地区和西藏自治区)2016-2021年的面板数据分析渔业技术推广对渔民收入的影响效应。结果发现,第一,渔业技术推广对渔民收入具有显著的促进作用。第二,渔业技术推广是通过促进渔业发展对渔民收入施加影响的。第三,渔业技术推广对非沿海地区渔民收入具有显著的促进作用,但对沿海地区渔民收入的影响不显著;渔业技术推广对中、西部地区渔民收入的影响较为显著,但对东部地区渔民收入的影响不显著;渔业技术推广对低、中、高收入渔民收入的促进作用均较为显著,且影响程度随渔民收入的增加而扩大。第四,渔业技术推广对渔民增收具有非线性影响,但需达到一定临界值时这种影响效应才会显著。

外文摘要：This paper applies the panel data from 30 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and the Tibet Autonomous Region)in China from 2016 to 2021 to analyze the impact of fishery technology extension on fishermen's income.The results show that,firstly,fishery technology popularization has a significant promoting effect on fishermen's income.Secondly,fishery technology extension exerts influence on fishermen's income by promoting fishery development.Thirdly,fishery technology extension has a significant promoting effect on the income of fishermen in non-coastal areas,but has no significant effect on the income of fishermen in coastal areas.The effect of fishery technology extension on fishermen's income in central and western areas is more significant,but the effect on fishermen's income in eastern areas is not significant.The promotion effect of fishery technology extension on the income of low,middle and high income fishermen is relatively significant,and the influence degree expands with the increase of fishermen's income.Fourthly,fishery technology extension has a nonlinear effect on fishermen's income,but this effect will be significant only when it reaches a certain critical value.
