中文摘要:本试验旨在研究收获期与青贮对甜玉米秸秆饲用品质的影响。以摘穗后(乳熟期)的“华美甜8号”甜玉米秸秆为试验材料,分别在摘穗的第0(当天)、5、10、15天收获秸秆,每个收获期设置未青贮与青贮2种处理,每种处理设置4个重复。所有样品进行常规营养成分含量测定与分析。结果表明:1)收获期与青贮的交互作用对甜玉米秸秆的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和淀粉含量产生了显著影响(P<0.05)。2)相比于摘穗当天收获,摘穗后第15天收获显著提高了甜玉米秸秆的干物质(DM)(青贮)、NDF、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、中性洗涤不溶蛋白质(NDIP)(青贮)含量(P<0.05),显著降低了相对饲用价值(RFV)和能量价值(P<0.05)。而青贮则显著降低了甜玉米秸秆的NDF、ADF、淀粉、粗蛋白质(CP)、可溶性蛋白质(SP)、NDIP含量(P<0.05),显著提高了有机物(OM)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)、RFV和能量价值(P<0.05)。3)综合主成分分析、相关性分析和隶属函数分析发现,仅摘穗当天收获的鲜样甜玉米秸秆以及摘穗当天和摘穗后第15天收获的甜玉米秸秆经青贮后的总隶属函数均值大于0.5。综上可知,不同收获期或是否青贮对甜玉米秸秆的营养物质含量与能量价值产生了一定影响。甜玉米秸秆的碳水化合物含量随收获期的推移而增加,RFV和能量价值降低;而进行青贮处理后则与之相反。在本试验条件下,甜玉米秸秆可在摘穗当天收获进行饲喂或青贮处理,或者延长至摘穗后第15天收获并青贮,将有效改善甜玉米秸秆的饲用品质。
外文摘要:This study examined the effects of harvest time and silage on forage quality of sweet corn straw(SCS).The test material,“Huamei sweet No.8”SCS after ear plucking(milk ripening time),was gathered on days 0(the same day),5,10 and 15,respectively.For each harvest time,two treatments of un-silage and silage were set,and each with 4 duplicates.Conventional nutrient contents in all samples were determined.The results showed as follows:1)The interaction between harvest time and silage had a significant effect on neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and starch contents of SCS(P<0.05).2)The harvest on day 15 after ear plucking significantly increased the contents of dry matter(DM)(ensilage),NDF,acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin(ADL)and neutral detergent insoluble protein(NDIP)(ensilage)of SCS(P<0.05),while significantly decreased the relative feeding value(RFV)and energy value compared with the harvest on day 0 after ear plucking(P<0.05).However,silage significantly decreased the contents of NDF,ADF,starch,crude protein(CP),soluble protein(SP)and NDIP(P<0.05),while significantly increased the contents of organic matter(OM),ether extract(EE),ash(Ash),calcium(Ca),RFV and energy value(P<0.05).3)Comprehensive principal component analysis,correlation analysis and membership function analysis,the mean values of the total membership function of fresh sample of the SCS harvest on day 0 after ear plucking and the ensilage of the SCS harvest on days 0 and 15 were more than 0.5.In conclusion,different harvest time and silage or not have an effect on the nutrient contents and energy value of SCS.With the onset of harvest,the SCS carbohydrate content rises,lowering its RFV and energy value.After silage treatment,the reverse is true.Under the experimental conditions,the feeding quality of SCS can be effectively improved by either harvesting them for feeding or silage on the day of harvest or by delaying harvesting until the 15th day following harvest.
