中文摘要：真菌毒素污染水产饲料严重威胁水产动物健康,造成水产养殖业重大经济损失。本文主要综述了水产饲料中真菌毒素污染现状,真菌毒素对水产动物的毒性作用,及其在水产肉类和器官中的残留。真菌毒素对水产动物的不良影响主要包括食欲下降、器官损伤、免疫抑制等。真菌毒素在水产动物中残留具有潜在的食品安全风险。因此,全球对水产饲料及水产品中的真菌毒素的限量标准还需要进一步完善。

外文摘要：Mycotoxin contamination in aquatic feed poses a health risk to aquatic animals,and causes significant economic losses in the aquaculture industry.This article focused on the current state of mycotoxin contamination in aquatic feed,the toxic effects of mycotoxins on aquatic animals and their residues in meat and organs.The adverse effects of mycotoxins on aquatic animals mainly include decreased appetite,organ damage,and immunosuppression.Mycotoxin-contaminated aquatic food becomes a threat to human health.Mycotoxin residues in aquatic animals have potential food safety risk.Therefore,global limits and regulations for mycotoxins in aquatic feed and aquatic products need to be further refined.
