中文摘要：环北部湾区域民族众多,滨海旅游资源丰富,开发利用前景广泛。随着北部湾区域经济开发作为我国国家发展战略的逐步实施,该区域的战略作用明显增强,开发与保护滨海旅游资源是该区域推进区域经济合作、提升区域经济竞争力的重要手段。应深入分析北部湾滨海旅游资源的特点、产业发展状况、开发利用存在的问题及原因,推出开发与保护环北部湾滨海旅游资源的对策。

外文摘要：There are many ethnic groups around Pan-North Bay region, where there is rich coast tourist resource there with developing and using foreground. As the implementation of the state＇ s strategy, the strategic function of the economic developing of Pan-North Bay became obviously enhanced. Developing and protecting coast resources are the important measures for the region to promote economic cooperation and regional economic competence. The character of the coast resources, the present stage of industrial development as well as the issues （if there is any） in developing and using the resources should be discussed thoroughly. And the suggestions about developing and protecting Pan-North Bay coast resources should be put forward.
