中文摘要：基于城市建设用地扩张视角,采用土地城乡分割的两部门理论模型,应用面板分位数回归实证检验相关因素对于城乡收入差距的影响。研究表明:在全国层面,城市建设用地显著恶化了城乡收入差距。分区域来看,城市建设用地显著恶化了东部的城乡收入差距,且影响程度随城乡收入差距的扩大而增大。西部恰与东部相反。只有当城乡收入差距较严重时,中部城市建设用地才对其起到一定的抑制作用。当城乡收入差距处于中、低水平时,城市建设用地对其的影响不显著;农村与城市的比较劳动生产率和比较产出都能抑制城乡收入差距,但城市化对其影响较小,这些因素对城乡收入差距的影响都存在区域异质性。

外文摘要：From the perspective of urban construction land expansion, according to the method of panel quantile regression, a study is conducted in this paper to analyze the effect of relevant factors on income gap between rural and urban areas based on Lucas model of division of urban and rural land. The result shows that urban construc- tion land widens the income gap between rural and urban areas at national level and the degree will increase when the situation becomes more serious. In the east, the income gap between urban and rural areas takes a turn from bad to worse owning to the urban construction land. The opposite is the case in the west. Only when income gap is becoming graver, could urban construction land restrain the widening gap in central areas. When the gap is not very serious, the impact of urban construction land on it is not significant. The comparative labor produc- tivity and output of rural and urban areas can narrow the gap, but the urbanization has little impact on it. All the factors above have regional heterogeneity.
