中文摘要：马克思社会理论中是否存在道德内容或道德论证,是分析马克思主义主要争论的问题,当以分析哲学和元伦理学的方法来解读、重构或否定马克思道德观时,却造成了对马克思道德观理解上的重重迷雾。马克思道德观不同于西方传统和现代道德理论,从其总体性思想方法来看,它蕴含在其社会理论中。跨越性批判的话语表达方式是马克思道德观的存在方式,不能脱离其存在方式谈马克思道德观的存在,同样,也不能无视其隐含性、本质性和根源性,以及超越性等特性来谈马克思道德观的存在。

外文摘要：Whether there is moral content or moral argument in Marx＇ s social theory is the main controversy of analyzing Marxism. When analytic philosophy and metaethics are used to interpret, reconstruct or negate the Marxist morality, they create a heavy fog for us to understand Marx＇ s moral. Marx＇ s moral view is different from the western tradition and modem moral theory, which is compatible with its social theory. The transcendental critical discourse in Marx＇ s text is the existence way of Marx＇ s moral view. When wetalk about the existence of Marx＇ s moral view, we cannot ignore the way of its existence. Similarly, we should not ignore the characteristics of Marx＇ s moral view such as its implication, essence and root, or ignore the transcendence in the discussion of Marx＇ s moral view.
