中文摘要：本研究以广东两所普通高校体育专业本科学生为对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法对体育专业本科学生体育法律意识进行了剖析和研究。结果表明:体育专业本科学生存在体育法律基础知识掌握不牢、缺乏体育法律兴趣、体育法律信仰不高、缺乏诉讼意识和维权意识等问题,社会传统思想、校园体育法律氛围和个人法律认识是主要的制约因素。提出通过改革校园体育法律教育体系、营造良好的体育法律社会环境、激发大学生体育法律兴趣、拓宽体育法律宣传手段提升体育专业本科学生体育法律意识的具体方略。

外文摘要：This paper takes the undergraduate sports majors in two colleges in Guangdong Province as the object,and uses the literature,questionnaire and statistics methods to analyze and study the awareness of sports law among undergraduates majoring in sports.The main problems include not enough basic knowledge on sport law,and the lack of interest,legal belief,litigation awareness and rights awareness on sport law.The main restrictions are social traditional thoughts,campus sports legal atmosphere and personal legal awareness.This paper proposes specific approaches to improve the sports legal awareness of undergraduate students in sports majors by reforming the campus sports legal education system,creating a good sports legal social environment,stimulating college students'sports legal interest,and broadening sports legal propaganda methods.
