中文摘要：本文以广东省茂名市建设的田园综合体项目为研究对象,通过文献分析和实地调研对茂名市田园综合体发展进行SWOT(优势、劣势、机会、威胁)分析。分析结果表明:茂名市发展田园综合体具有自然、区位、产业、人文等方面的优势,具有来自政策方面、市场方面的机遇,但存在配套设施不够完善、专业人才队伍规模较小、差异发展不够突出等问题,还有来自周围同质项目竞争的影响。建议茂名市“好心湖畔”田园综合体项目从完善配套设施、注重人才培养、深挖地方特色等方面入手促进项目发展。

外文摘要：Taking the pastoral complex project currently under active construction in Maoming City of Guangdong Province as the research object,this paper conducts SWOT(strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats) analysis on the development of pastoral complex in Maoming City through literature analysis and field research.The results show that the development of Maoming rural complex has enjoyed its advantages of the nature,location,industry,humanity,and the opportunities from the policy and market,while encountered the weaknesses such as the imperfection of the supporting facilities,professional talent team on a smaller scale,not prominent difference in development of materials,and the threats from the uncertainty of COVID-19 and the competition of similar projects around.It is suggested that the business entity of Maoming "Kindhearted Lakeside" pastoral complex project should make efforts to improve supporting facilities,pay attention to talent training,and deeply explore local characteristics,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of all fields of the project.
