中文摘要：采用文献资料的方法,建立余暇、休闲、体育三者的逻辑起点,通过对余暇、休闲和体育概念文化解析、余暇与休闲的哲学理解以及对休闲与体育的哲学思考,作者认为“享受生活,善待生命”己成为现代人的新的价值观,新世纪的体育事业将溶入“以人为本”的基本发展理念,成为人类社会协调和“可持续发展中”的一项重要事业。

Parsed the conception of spare time leisure and sports with the culture, comprehend spare time and leisure and thought leisure and sport .The artic considers that “enjoy living, treat life” have turned into the point of the view of the new worth for modern. The physical exercise project will merge into the essence development idea of“people--oriented” in the century, become an importance project of the human being society in the harmony and the persistence develop.
